那个(F)的温度是怎样算的?如果普通的Oven是160度摄氏,那么(F)就是320对吗?烘好的蛋糕可以立刻拿出来吗?比如说烘个芝士蛋糕或海绵蛋糕。。

ReplyDeleteHi, 其实这种烤炉的温度是不能调整的,不过一般上说制作蛋糕都没问题。
ReplyDelete烘好的蛋糕要视蛋糕的种类。芝士蛋糕则必须留在烤炉,避免温度差别太大而造成蛋糕容易裂开,其他多数蛋糕则可以立刻取出待凉。^^

我那天照了你的食谱做了一个烘烤芒果芝士蛋糕,烤炉的温度升到320-330(F)就不再升了,烤了3个小时蛋糕才熟,为什么那么久呢?你用那个炉烤会那么久吗?

其实芝士蛋糕不可以烤太久,要不然吃起来会干干的。重要的是烘烤至馅料凝固就可以了,大约是1个小时,不妨下回再试试看^^

ReplyDelete其实是面粉Plain flour和中筋麵粉All-purpose flour都一样,你可以使用这种面粉来制作甜味面团。 ^^
我事先有加热大概半个小时,不过那个温度不会上很多大概150( F)这样而已,是不是要等烤炉升到300(F),才把蛋糕放进去?
