越南番荔枝 - Custard Apple from Vietnam

那天在小贩中心吃午餐的时候，无意中发现这颗犹如手掌般大的番荔枝， 查明之下，原来它是从越南进口的。这看起来好大颗，虽然皮还是有点硬，不过只要放上一两天待皮软了，就可享用了。由于不曾吃过，于是我买了一粒试一试。
待皮软了，用刀子切开起来，和我原来印象中的番荔枝的有点出入。这越南番荔枝的果肉是整大粒地，不像本地的由好多小颗粒组合成的, 而且前者的果肉吃起来也比较滑。
我将这果肉切成小块，由于事先已放入冰箱冷藏，所以吃起来非常的过瘾。^^

The correct english for this fruit is ' Custard Apple',not Vietnam Apple Custard.

嗨，花罗汉，这南番荔的确有点像红毛榴莲，但后者的表皮有假的刺，前者则没有。

Actually this fruit is called ' Pond Apple' in english.
Just google search for it.
Where did you get the name 'Vietnamese Custard Apple' ?

It should be Custard Apple.

Actually "Vietnamese Custard Apple " is wrong and it should be Custard Apple from Vietnam or Pond Apple from Vietnam.
