自製叉燒醬 叉燒肉 DIY Chinese Oriental BBQ / Char Siu Sauce Pork


材料 A  
Oyster Sauce蠔油1 Tbsp / 湯匙
Hoisin Sauce海鮮醬1 Tbsp / 湯匙
Cooking Rice Wine米酒1 Tbsp / 湯匙
Brown Sugar赤砂糖1 Tbsp / 湯匙
Honey蜜糖1 Tbsp / 湯匙
Fine Ground Salt幼鹽1/2 Tsp / 茶匙
Ground White Peppercorn白胡椒粉1/4 Tsp / 茶匙
 Five Spice Powder五香粉1/4 Tsp / 茶匙
