材料 Ingredients:
紅鲷魚1只, 取出內臟、洗淨和瀝乾 | 1 Red Snapper, rinsed and drained |
紅番茄1粒, 切块 | 1 Red Tomato, cut into wedges |
咸菜100克, 切条状(泡水30分鐘、瀝乾) | 100g salted preserved vegetable, cut into strip (Soaked in water for 30min, drained) |
蒜头米1茶匙 | 1 tsp chopped garlic |
嫩姜1小块,切丝条状 | Some young ginger, cut into fine strip |
盐1/4茶匙 | 1/4 tsp salt |
芫荽2棵,切斷 | 2 Coriander, cut into pieced |
蒜頭油1湯匙 | 1 tbsp fried garlic oil |
做法 Method:
先將魚身上抹上少許鹽後,擺放於一鐵盤上,將咸菜、姜絲和蒜头米擺放在上面,在周圍放上番茄。 | 準備一鍋子,將水煮滾後,把魚放入蒸鍋,用大火關蓋煮15分鐘。只要魚的眼睛突出來,表示魚肉已熟了。 | 將魚盛出,撒上芫荽和蒜頭油,即可配飯享用。 |
