[一樣菜也可配飯] 蒸肉碎蛋- Steamed Pork Mince with Egg

愛吃這道蒸肉碎蛋,就是喜歡上面那層嫩嫩的蛋白。縱然是只有一樣菜肴,配上白飯當作一餐也沒問題。如果沒有雞蛋的話,亦可使用咸鴨蛋來代替。
材料 Ingredients:
200克豬肉碎200g Pork Mince
1/4顆紅蘿蔔,去皮切絲1/4 Carrot, Peeled & Stripped
1顆雞蛋1 Chicken Egg
调味料 Seasonings:
1/2 湯匙生抽1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 茶匙白胡椒粉1/8 tbsp ground white pepper
做法 Method:
將雞蛋打入一碗中,加入豬肉碎、蘿蔔絲和調味料攪均。將豬肉放入電飯鍋中連飯一起煮,待飯熟了之後,即可取出享用。

  4. Hello, I used to not adding water. However, some prefer to add 1 or 2 spoon water to made the meat tender. It all depends on your preference^^

    I make this often, but I hate that layer of soft thingy, I don't think that is egg white, it comes from the meat, sometime when we boil meat, there is a layer of dirt on top of the soup, that is it!
