200克豬肉碎 | 200g Pork Mince |
1/4顆紅蘿蔔,去皮切絲 | 1/4 Carrot, Peeled & Stripped |
1顆雞蛋 | 1 Chicken Egg |
1/2 湯匙生抽 | 1/2 tbsp soy sauce |
1/8 茶匙白胡椒粉 | 1/8 tbsp ground white pepper |
將雞蛋打入一碗中,加入豬肉碎、蘿蔔絲和調味料攪均。 | 將豬肉放入電飯鍋中連飯一起煮,待飯熟了之後,即可取出享用。 |

Hello, I used to not adding water. However, some prefer to add 1 or 2 spoon water to made the meat tender. It all depends on your preference^^

I make this often, but I hate that layer of soft thingy, I don't think that is egg white, it comes from the meat, sometime when we boil meat, there is a layer of dirt on top of the soup, that is it!
