多年前曾吃過這芝士西蘭菜,今天剛好在菜市裏被漂亮的西蘭菜吸引著,就決定將它加入了今天的菜單。原本是要使用白蘑菇作爲材料的,臨時使用來杏鮑菇來代替。 |
材料 Ingredients:
300克西蘭菜(椰菜),切段 | 300g Broccoli, Cut into pieced |
100克車打芝士 , 刨絲 | 100g Cheddar Cheese, Stripped |
50克杏鮑菇,切段 | 50g Eryngii Mushroom, Cut into pieced |
300毫升白醬 | 300ml White Sauce |
做法 Method:
將西蘭菜和杏鮑菇鋪放在烘烤盤後,再淋上這量的白醬汁。 | 再撒上這量的車打芝士於上面。 | 然後放入烤爐以180度攝氏烘烤至芝士呈金黃色就可取出享用了。 |
