[母亲节献礼]的酒香葡萄干蛋糕 - Rum Raisin Cake

明天就是全世界共同欢庆的母亲节。你也是否想为妈妈亲手做一个她喜欢的蛋糕呢?葡萄干蛋糕是妈妈喜爱的蛋糕之一,犹记得她曾经做这蛋糕的时候,我就在一旁慢慢的学习。这回我稍微改了原有的食谱,加入了些朗姆酒于蛋糕之中以让它带些微微的酒香。

在这里也没忘了祝天下的妈妈,“母亲节快乐”。^^

材料 Ingredients:
250克黑葡萄干250g Black Raisin
120毫升 朗姆酒
120ml Rum
50克 高筋面粉
50g Bread Flour
250克牛油250g Butter
220克砂糖220g Caster Sugar
5粒鸡蛋5 Egg
2汤匙 牛奶水
2 Tablespoon Milk
200克中筋面粉,筛过200g Medium Gluten Flour, Sifted
1/2 茶匙发粉1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

做法 Method:
将葡萄干浸泡在朗姆酒至少三天。

将牛油和砂糖混合搅拌,然后打至松发呈乳白色。Photobucket
接着将鸡蛋分次加入。每加入一颗鸡蛋,确定它完全被搅拌混合均匀, 方可继续加入下一粒鸡蛋。
接着加入牛奶水搅匀。Photobucket
预先将中筋面粉和发粉混均。Photobucket
加入筛过的粉类,然后顺着逆时针方向,用蛋糕抹刀切拌混合均匀。Photobucket
将高筋面粉和葡萄干搅匀。Photobucket
将葡萄干加入之前的面糊,然后稍微搅匀。Photobucket
将搅拌好的面糊倒入蛋糕模后,放入烘烤炉里,以180度摄氏烘烤大约60分钟。蛋糕的表面呈棕黄色就可取出。Photobucket

  2. Hi Gigi, I bought this Run from Sunshine, I am not sure if Tesco has this run or not. The price is about RM35 per bottle. ^^

    are u a chef ? you really cook well.
