黑糯米糖水是我最爱的糖水之一。记得小时候吃这黑糯米的时候, 母亲特加了浓郁的椰奶,后来因椰奶对健康不利,后来则没加了。不过这也好,可以吃到原汁原味的黑糯米。 为了能常常吃到它,特地请教了我的母亲这糖水的煮法。首先黑糯米必须选择来自泰国的,本地的品质会交差,吃起来没那么好吃。然后将它浸水隔夜, 隔天再来炖大约三个小时,再加入冰糖调味就可以了。 如果有龙眼肉的话,可以加于其中,吃起来特别美味。 |
材料 Ingredients:
100克黑糯米 | 100g Black Glutinous Rice |
30克龙眼肉(桂圆) | 30g Dried Longan Pulp |
30毫升椰汁 | 30ml Coconut Milk |
50克冰糖 | 50g Crystal Sugar/Rock Sugar/Sugar Candy |
1 公升水 | 1 Litre Water |

Usually I will add read bean into black glutinuous tong shui besides the longan. They mixed well and it taste good.

I eat black glutinous rice, but I found my teeth or rice bowl are dyed to black color. Is it normal?
or it indicates the purchased rice is fake product
