多利鱼奶油通心粉 - Dory Fish Macoroni with Cream Sauce
这道菜同样改自
奶油宽面
, 这回的pasta不再用宽面(Fettucine), 而用了通心粉(Macoroni), 配料上也特加了煎炸的多利鱼. 此鱼事先将涂上少许的盐分. 为了避免在鱼在煎的过程会粘锅中, 鱼身涂了少许的面粉.
